The provisions
Applies to contracts Oberle Enterprises LLC (here in after referred to as “Oberle Enterprises” or “Oberle Enterprises LLC” ) enters  into with natural persons acting mainly for purposes that fall outside the business. Such people here in after referred to as “Customer”.

Oberle Enterprises LLC reserves the right to correct price, text and image errors without notice.

2. Prices
Prices do NOT include applicable sales tax or shipping. The invoice will include product price, shipping cost  and applicable taxes.

3. Guarantee
Oberle Enterprises LLC honors manufactures warranty and make no other claims to warranty unless stated here. Oberle Enterprises in house products, materials and workmanship are warrantied for manufacture defects for 30 days.  Always save your receipt. Receipt must be presented for the warranty to be valid. Oberle Enterprises LLC will not refund costs of repair of another workshop, service company or travel expenses if this is not agreed with us in writing.  Oberle Enterprises LLC takes no responsibility whatsoever for the ISSF or other shooting sports association suddenly or unexpectedly, making rule changes or rule interpretations. The products and trademarks of other manufacturers are manufacturer warranties.

4. Order confirmation
Order Confirmation and amendment of orders placed via the web and email. Customer should also print and save the order confirmation with order number until delivery has occurred.

5. Delivering and the risk of product
5.1 Unless otherwise agreed, Oberle Enterprises LLC deliver of goods to the Customer. Customer shall be responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. Customer shall take delivery of the goods at the agreed time and place.
5.2 If the Customer is not available to receive the goods on time, he must reimburse Oberle Enterprises LLC any additional costs.(i.e if the goods are returned to Oberle Enterprises LLC because delivery could not be made  to the  customer)
5.3 The risk of the goods passed to the customer after the goods are delivered to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 Goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order.
5.5 If a customer does not provide correct contact information such as a real phone number of email address when creating an account, Oberle Enterprises will not be held responsible for not being able to contact the customer in the event there is a problem with the customer order.
5.6 If a customer creates and account and does not provide correct contact information Oberle Enterprises LLC reserves the right to disable the account until the customer contact Oberle Enterprises to verify they are a real person. This is intended to protect all of our customers from fraudulent activities.

6. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the in stock items will be delivered within a week of order. For custom made items Oberle Enterprises LLC will not be held responsible for manufacture delays. Oberle Enterprises LLC will ship items within 48 hours of receiving ordered items from Manufacture.

7. Delivery monitoring
Oberle Enterprises reserves the right to hold orders, or cancel orders for goods that are out of stock.

8. Examination of the goods on receipt
8.1 In their own interest,  the customer should review the product or packaging for visibly damaged and promptly notify the shipping agent/company and Oberle Enterprises LLC of any such damage.
8.2 The Customer must try products and make sure they work satisfactorily within a reasonable time (72 hours) after the the goods are received.

9. Error
Oberle Enterprises LLC confirms that the goods are free from defects when shipped. Oberle Enterprises LLC is not responsible for deterioration resulting from wear and tear, neglect or improper care, if the product is used for other than its intended purpose, the inappropriate actions or unauthorized intervention undertaken, the utility or
installation instructions have not been followed or that incorrect installation by anyone other than Oberle Enterprises LLC. Oberle Enterprises LLC takes no responsibility whatsoever for the ISSF or other shooting sports association suddenly or unexpectedly, making rule changes or rule interpretations. For custom made goods see section 10. During transport damage/missing goods. Check goods immediately after delivery to make sure nothing is damaged. Transport damage incurred on the item should be presented directly to the shipping agent, which delivered the goods.

10. Error – Custom made goods
Oberle Enterprises LLC is responsible for making sure all measurements taken by Oberle Enterprises LLC representatives are correct.  If measurements are done by customer, he/she is responsible for making sure all the measurements are correct. Customer is also responsible for making sure body measurements do not change significantly during the ordering period.(Eg through weight loss, weight gain, growing.). Oberle Enterprises is not responsible for possible differences in color shading that can occur against color descriptions on the Internet or through color samples. Oberle Enterprises LLC takes no liability whatsoever for the ISSF shooting sports or other association suddenly or unexpected make rule changes or rule interpretations.

11. Complaint
11.1 The Customer may not claim that a product is faulty, if he does not notify Oberle Enterprises LLC
of the defect within a reasonable time after he discovered or should have noticed the error (complaint).
11.2  If the customer does not notify Oberle Enterprises LLC of complaint within 2 weeks from the time he received the product, he loses his right to invoke the error, subject of a guarantee or similar pledge.

12. Rectification of errors
Oberle Enterprises LLC will rectify such defects in the goods which he is responsible, if it can be done without unreasonable expense or inconvenience to him. Remediation shall be within a reasonable time from the complaint and without costs or substantial inconvenience the Customer. Oberle Enterprises LLC will work with manufacture to determine if the manufacture wants to remedy the defect by repair or reordering.

13. Rectification of errors – custom made products
13.1 Measuring performed by Oberle Enterprises LLC representatives: Oberle Enterprises LLC undertakes to remedy “dimensional errors” in the article that he is responsible for. Remediation shall be made within reasonable time after the complaint and without costs or significant inconvenience to Customer. Oberle Enterprises LLC will determine if the company wants to remedy the defect by repair or reordering.
13.2 Measurements taken by the Customer: Customer is responsible for any “dimensional errors”. Customers can turn to Oberle Enterprises LLC who will turn to manufacture to remedy “dimensional errors”. Prerequisite for Oberle Enterprises to work with manufacture. Oberle Enterprises will work with manufacture to address “dimensional errors” that the customer is responsible for if the following:

1.Payment is fulfilled.
2.Customer returns the item so that the control measure of goods can take place.
3.Customer control their body measurements again, and assists with other required information. Oberle Enterprises LLC will work with the manufacture to determine if the company wants to remedy the defect by repair or reorder.

14. Customer involvement in remedying defects
The customer is to minimize defect liable to the extent appropriate, provide required participation, eg To submit items to Oberle Enterprises LLC  and after repair, pay for shipping or pick up goods at the agreed time. The customer is obliged to limit costs incurred for Oberle Enterprises in response to remediation. In case of failure section 13.2 will be enforces and the customer is responsible for the additional costs incurred in connection with remediation.

15. Payment
Customers can pay with “Good Check”, Credit Card or other prearranged methods. For custom made items customer must pay 100% payment unless other arrangements are made before ordering.  Oberle Enterprises will always require a minimum of half down for any custom products.  Balance due before shipping.

16. The customer’s right to cancel
Until the goods have been shipped, the Customer’s right to cancel the item for consideration to Oberle Enterprises LLC under Section 17 below. For custom made goods there are no rights to cancel after 36 hours from order confirmation.
We can no longer issue full refunds of shipping errors or any products ordered in error after the order is placed. 3% will be deducted from all refunds, due to the fact that our CC processing company does not refund 100% of card purchases. Check your order after logging in with your account and BEFORE placing the order. If your package ships, we can not refund any shipping charges.

17. Oberle Enterprises LLC entitled to damages
17.1 Enhances Customer purchase or canceled customer goods have Oberle Enterprises the right to
compensation.
First specific costs which he has had to enter into and perform the Contract to the part he can not assimilate them otherwise,
2nd special costs from termination or cancellation, and
3rd loss in general with an amount that is reasonable having regard to the price of product, the date of cancellation or cancellation, the scope of a depleted work and other circumstances.

18. Right of withdrawal (Return Policy)
18.1 The customer has the right to return the purchase within 14 days, provided that the goods returned in unused and undamaged condition in unopened and undamaged original packaging. If Customer would like a refund,  Customer shall notify Oberle Enterprises LLC before the return period has expired. The period begins on the date the customer received the goods. No Refunds for custom made goods.
18.2 If the Customer requests a refund, the Customer shall return the goods to Oberle Enterprises LLC  immediately.
18.3 The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred as a result of returns.
18.4 Refund should be within 30 days of Oberle Enterprises LLC receipt of the returned goods to pay back what the customer paid for the goods to Oberle Enterprises LLC. Freight and credit card fees, if not refunded to Oberle Enterprises, will be deducted.
18.5 a 10% restocking fee will be assessed if the return is not caused by an error by Oberle Enterprises LLC.
18.6 Refunds: will NOT include any lost Payment Card Fees unless the refund is caused by my error. We are a small business and can not afford to lose fees because you change your mind after ordering.

19. Disputes
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of these provisions, parties in the first instance trying to resolve by agreement. Under extreme circumstances, the dispute may have to be considered by the court.
